The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The room is quiet and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need. There's even a bathtub and the beds are super comfy. 😊 Don't forget to check out the pool area; it's pretty great too!

Overall excellent stay by one night. The a double room we stayed in was luxurious with all the amenities and spacious bathroom, for instance. Friendly check in and late check out. Poolside bar and nice pool.

Close proximity of the Airport.. Super clean... Had a fruit basket in my room waiting for me, a nice note for me as well welcoming me to the room. Overall very clean and very satisfied.

Breakfast was not really the best (don't get me wrong, it was ok... But compared to all the hotels I stayed in... There was not enough in the many, it was just basic). I was told executive floor had breakfast in morning, but when I went, there were none... Went to the restaurant instead... Full of crew members...

The room was luxurious and great-sized, with a mini bar fridge, an ironing set, and a work desk. The hotel is located in an unbeatable area near the airport, and there's a great restaurant and Junior right at the front door. Nearby Base Steakhouse is a great place to chill out.

Location: the hotel was so close to the airport to the bus stop, São Paulo and the bus stop. Café Kopenhagen located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The double room was new-fashioned, included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. We got great breakfasts with so many options...

Excellent location for an airport hotel (not convenient for 'down town') Rooms spacious although bathrooms could use an "renovation"

Lot of variety for breakfast but quality of 'cereals' very poor. (Must be remembered that Brazilians not big eaters of cereals.)
